INITIAL FEE:

We charge a one-off retainer fee for new clients, payable on instruction which enables us to commence your search.

ACQUISITION FEE:

Once your property has ben successfully purchased – we charge an agreed fee based on a % percentage of the purchase price, on a no purchase, no fee basis.

ADVICE: RESIDENTIAL SALES

FEE:

We offer competitive fees to advise on the marketing and successful sale of your property, based on a no sale, no fee basis.

ADVICE: RENTAL INVESTMENTS

FEE:

One months rent + VAT for the rental investment advisory service.

An exceptional advisor and negotiator with in-depth market knowledge and invaluable experience, she offers clients a refreshingly honest, dedicated and professional service and is always working in their best interests.

Her love of travel and adventure is often intertwined with work, having done property deals with clients from 49 different nationalities. With her personable nature, Kim takes time to get to know you and to find out exactly what you want and what you need in a property. Confident and level-headed, especially in highly competitive markets, Kim provides clients with the best advice and often rarely-available opportunities in any market. Her eye for detail, combined with her interior design flair means she can often see the full potential of a property.
